Saxo has stopped starting buy the key?

Hi every one im am new to this so cut some slack lol

Recently my 1.1i petrol manual 99 saxo has been running perfect as the days went on it seemed the starter motor got more and more slugish. Ontol fianlly it stopped turning over all together. So i have tested the battery 100% healthy. All electronics working fine. So the car bumps fine! But wont start with the key, once when i bumped it as it was idealing the orange key dashbored light was flashing i switched the car off then bumped it again and that light never came on again, how it happend i turned the car off outside a mates and when i tryed to start it it wouldnt the starter turnes over very slow for about 0.7 of a second then stops and clicks dash lights go dim when trying to start it, as normal i think ? Bettery has been tested i really dont know what it is forums are saying imobbilisor but i think not correct me if im wrong ? Sorry about the spelling my hands are numb lol thanks to anyone who replys :fcuk:

Now all fixed starter had packed up quick change bam starts !! :)
