Looking to go away around august 2013..
Want to go to tenerife or the likes for 2 weeks..

Problem i have is i want to pay a deposit and then pay it off weekly or monthly..

I put my details into first choice online and it was coming up at around £2500 for flights and accommodation for me and my Girlfriend..

Does this sound expensive? as it does to me.. and do any of you guys know a website which allows me to pay monthly but may be cheaper?

Help Needed :) Thanks,

Best bet is to find an hotel book it and then get flights seperate , aswell as transfers ect normally works out a lot cheaper , saying that though holiday prices these days are going up a lot ...

That sounds like a bit of a rip-off, i thought it'd be more near the £1,000 mark.

You will be lucky to get two weeks for that much in August!!!

For me the wife and two kids (one gets a free place) to go to Tenerife in August for one week was going to be around the 3k mark for one week slack inclusive!!!

So we have found done where to stay in northern Spain for just over 1k for the week, we are planning on being a week for nearly two weeks as we are going to drive there and back!!!

Kids are looking more forward to it than flying as we will just take a nice pace down stopping off when we want etc, got a few decent places to visit enroute like the Millau bridge, infact we are staying the night in the village it takes it's name from on the way down and at le mans on the way back

Mate went to Tenerife in August this year Wife and 2 kids for £1300 for 2 weeks all inclusive. Best way to do it is book the time off work and just turn up to the air port and ask at the desk. You nearly always get a cheap holiday doing it that way.

In feb this year we went away for my birthday ended up in Amsterdam for 3 days b&b for £75 each including flights.

dialaflight do let you pay a deposit now, then balance 6-8 weeks before you go.

Put a few quid away each month and you're sorted.

Went to turkey last year and this year 5* all inclusive in may. . flight 25kg luggage and transfers for a little over £400 PP. With Thomas Cook. . . the likes of turkey and Tunisia are among the cheapest places to go and really good from my experience. Paid a deposit and then the rest 4 months later.
