a random thread. When was the last time you found money on the ground? and what did you do with it ?

for me it was on a night out a couple of years ago, found £50 by a bin. i pretty much wasted it. i would have gave it back but no one was around, there was no wallet or anything.

I have found the odd tenner or twenty. Finding money is supposed to be 'wasted' , and if you're having fun it isn't wasted is it. You never had it to lose it, its free fun times.

erm found quite a lot of money I have. Latest was in a bar, someone had left a tenner hanging in a portable cash machine. But my mate found 60euros in zante, bit b4 that in the middle of nowhere, found a 5 pound note, and about a year b4 that, found 20quid on the floor. :3

This but went to get money for a night out. . and before i pop my card in, theres £40 already there. Safe to say that probably contributed to me not remembering much else!

When I was 12 in year 6 I found £105 on the floor on the way to school, freaked out all excited and mum took t off me and handed it to the police.they said if no one clames it in 4 weeks I can have it. No one did and I wasted it so badly being that age lol

was around xmas time quite a while ago, say 2004. was waiting at the bus stop to go into town to do some xmas shopping with £40 in the wallet when a car went racing round the roundabout and up the hill, at the same time aload of "paper" flew out the rear window.

thought nothing of it till a lorry driver stopped in the middle of the road, got out and started picking it up! i ran over to see £20 notes everywhere and gatherd up as much as i could!

would of easily been £2000+ if i had realised sooner (bus stop was a good distance away)

went into town and treated everyone to some great xmas presents and kept a couple hundred for myself.

later found out the Llyods in town had been done over that day and they made off in a black car... needless to say i never reported anything!

was only 15 at the time :D

Best was 1k in rolls in a asda bag in the woods when was about 13 mum took that off me. Was prob's drug money with how it was rolled and hidden.

Latest was £50 in the self service machine at Asda noticed the notes as I walked up to the machine and got £10 cash back to make it look like i just got it out.

Most I ever found was a 20 sheet. I also found one dudes wallet with a few notes in. Had a lil scam through and he had a load of pics of his kids n shit, worked for fucking macdonalds too, poor lad. So I sorted him out and sent it to his address. Karma you still owe me for that btw you bitch!! lol

Found a 50 euro note in napa. Went straight to the bar and brought as many shots as i could with it. Shared them with the 20 lads i went on holiday with.

Money well spent if you ask me :)
