saxo westcoast not starting urgent

hi all just recently just done headgasket cambelt and starter motor and i ran the car upto temp and there was a massive squeek so i switched it of and i connected my jump pack and the car tried starting itself somone please help

Tried starting its self? perhaps dogdy wiring on the starter motor.

everything was done up tight exackly the way it come of any other suggestions?
