195/45 r14

I've been looking at getting some new tyres for my vtr as I've finally ruined the pile of crap (Nexen 2000's) that I had to put on when I was poor :sad:

Looking around, the rim size I have and the price I want to pay are leaving me with very few choices. This made me wonder what the issues might be from fitting 195/45 R14's to my 185/55 R14 wheels?

Looking at the Toyo's below ideally...

I run 195 45 14s on mine looks like this lowered 40mm

Ahh right, fair play. Forgot to say that part, mine is lowered 40 front 50 back.

I was mainly concerned about the extra width on the rim?

#wouldnt get T1rs. Also try the tyre section.

Wear out stupidly quickly.

Really? I knew they didn't have an amazing life on them but didn't think they were that bad? My mate had them on his corsa and abused them for a fair while lol. Was also looking at falken's?

Toyo's aren't impressive tyres.

Would rather have Falkens, I was far more impressed by them.
