Got a clunk coming from my vtr under braking. I havent had chance to drive the car much but is it possible to be a top mount issue? One of the bolts appears to be snapped on the strut top thats all, however it doesnt knock over bumps etc.
Other idea's were drop link, driveshaft or ball joint. Unless its the brake caliper which I doubt.

Could be a loose disc securing screw, loose disc or hub nut not doing up enough causing a bit of moving when you brake

Think I'll whip the front wheels off tonight and have a good look at everything and make sure its all tight.

Possible lower arm rear bush?

Could also be worth checking the caliper bolts

You do realise the wheel bolts go through the disc?
Give calipers a good wiggle, more than likely wishbone bushes
