H4 to H1 hid's

Just fitted angel eyes to my saxo and there h1 bulbs, I had hid's in my standard headlights and the were h4 does anyone know if I can just buy h1 hid's bulbs and still use my old ballasts or do I need a full new kit?

Standard H1 will be fine.

Think you can just swap the bulbs, not 100% though.
