Ill give it a shot for you but warning i havnt done it on a saxo! but i have on fords but it all should be the sameish.
First
Disconect the battery
Second
Remove the covers from around the steering colum where the wiper stalk ect are.
Third
Undo the two bolts in the back of the steering wheel.
Four
pull the airbag out slowly and remove the wires from behide it (this is where you will fit the resistor)
Five
undo the big bolt or nut holding the steering wheel on and remove the steering wheel
Six
Now get the new steering wheel hub and put the airbag wires though the hole in the back of it and put in place then do the nut or bolt up but rember to put some lock thread on the threads first.
seven
Fit the resistor in the airbag wires one end to each conector inside the plug and then fit the new steering wheel onto the hub and fit the cover onto the front of it and your done..
Now that should be atlest 90% right but i cant say 100% as i havnt done it on a saxo yet but thats how i did it on all my other cars...
