We're planning a big night out for a mate's birthday. We are planning on going out in suits/shirt & tie, throw money away in a casino and stay the night bla bla bla

Can anyone recommend any decent places? We were thinking either Chester, Liverpool or Cardiff? But not too sure

Yeah I have a few mates that live there in Uni so we could just go there. only thing is that the train costs a fair bit to get up there, all worth it though I guess
