Washer Jets & Tubing

Whats the best way to remove a pair of these from the bonnet without damaging as I want my mist ones back on.

Also the tubing might be blocked so would you recommend putting a long thin metal object down it to clear it?

Pull all the tubing off, and from the back of the jets hit the back of them with a hammer. With the blocked tubes, pull them off and poke something through or blow through it.
