adjustable shock absorbers

hi i just won a pair of these for the front for my saxo can any1 shed any light on these please iv just lowerd my car 50mm at the front so i new i needed some new shock absorbers can any1 tell me can i adjust them as they are on the car? ect ect any help would be great

I had some Spax adjustables they came with a plastic cap/key that would turn a screw at the top of the shocker making the ride harder or softer.

They have a tendancey to cease up so its best to spray some wd40 etc on them and give them a quick turn every now and again.

Thats about it really.

Edit* You can adjust them on the car.
