have just been down to halfords to get some as i am sick of all the shit on me car when i polish and wax it. its black so its a pain.

what is the best way to apply it?
when do i apply it for best finish?

this is what i do at the moment

rinse
wash
rinse
dry
t-cut colour fast the scratches
polish
wax
trim
glass

when do i do the quik clay bit.

I do it just before it's been polished or waxed and it comes out sparkling ;)

you should clay after u wash it then polish then wax

I wash the car thoroughly, then clay it while it's still wet. This works perfectly well, saves an extra drying step and saves me time, which is important when I have many hours of machine polishing ahead of me. Wet or dry, it works fine. Full guide here...

I used Megs clay bar today. When I was doing it I was thinking to myself WTF this aint doing anything, then I applied a layer of AutoGlym Super Resin n was amazed! The stuff is excellent!

I did:
rinse
wash
rinse
dry
clay bar
polish
worked for me
