Hi I'm Steve (if you hadn't guessed from my user name) and i've had my mk 1 vtr for about 8 months now, I got it in place of a V5 golf I had after I got fed up with it being unreliable and drinks loads of fuel now I know its only 90bhp but its so chuckable around the A roads. I've already used the 'problem' section to sort out some small faults like sunroof drains & door retaining strap and found them full of friendly help, thanks guys.
