As ive already done my research on this particular member, I know that Communication between himself and buyers is quite limited as i know of his work arrangements. I have been very patient with Saxplee and i have almost waited a Month for my Wind deflectors to turn up. And to be honest, this is Unacceptable.

On the 15th of November, i sent payment to Saxplee's Email address and payed him VIA paypal in full as "PAYMENT" (See Attachment Screenshot)

16893

I then sent him an Private message straight away to let him know.

16895

16894

At this point. I start to become on edge, as he only replies when i message him first. as a Seller, i would expect him to give me most up to date information ive payed money and been very patient.

Give me the service i have payed for.

it goes on....

I message im frequently after this and SUPRISE no answer, aware that he often works away and doesnt have access to messages, i begin to dig deeper, i find that he is online pretty much everyday, checking from his last login date. i become worried. message him again stating that i can see his activity... nothing.

So after his reply on the 26th of November, i have heard NOTHING onwards. This is Appalling. i have been waiting up to a month for this item. and get next to no response.

I then find that his For Sale thread is still active, and to my suprise... i write on this thread asking where my wind deflectors are. and i am ignored.

He just merely rights "bump" and doesnt even acknowledge that ive been attempting to contact him.

This is Absolutely Rude.

Almost a month has gone by. i am willing to go through legal action, it seems alot for £30 payment for a bit of plastic.

But after this, that is the next step.

I hope and can get some assistance with this matter.

If you paid the charge then its unlikely it was as goods
I wouldnt waste my time waiting for a response I would get straight onto paypal and see if you can open a dispute
this will of course depend on what you sent the payment as. because if it was a gift you are screwed.

Saxplee - you need to deal with this. This is the second suspected scammer thread raised about you.

You have PM - please don't ignore it like the one you ignored from Simon on the 13th...

Now you have them back in your possession.

You should issue a refund ASAP.

Then start your claim with Royal Mail to claim back your losses afterwards.

But you got the money for a 4-2-1 manifold waiting, why not get the cash you claim to have waiting for one and pay this guy back.

Imo i think you never sent them, you crashed your car and wanted a corsa or something but now you got/getting another Saxo you want to keep all these items. Which of corse is understandable but you can not mess people around.

I had problems with this lad, I was going to get some dials from him so asked for his number. He gave me his number but said I am transferring my number as i got a new phone. I was unable to go collect the dials so sent a text message to the lad explaining i had to work.

It got to mid day and I received a high rate phone call from a totally different number asking where i was and do i want the dials or what?

IIrc he had issues with another member on the forum too as he was "working away" but he works at Mc Donalds?

Not trying to criticise you here mate, but the reason why people are slating you off is that you havent posted any evidence to show that you've tried to post the wind deflectors to him, which is making you look a bit dodgy...... you'd be doing yourself a big favour just spending 5 minutes taking a photo of the parcel and loading the photo up onto here just to show if you did make the effort of posting them..... that's all it takes to get everyone off your back

The thing which seems to come up time and time again with these threads is the piss poor communication from sellers.

'I have been working away'

That's fine but let the buyer know that, maybe even mention it in the for sale post.
Don't tell people its going to turn up on X day and then ignore their messages because you were not able to post it until 2 days later, just let them know.

It takes 2 minutes to reply to a message and everyone has a phone these days which can access the internet so there is no excuse.

If you know you are in the right as a seller then prove it, post a picture of the damaged items.
Post a picture of the receipt which will have the date and time of postage.

Most of these 'scammer' threads can be cleared up with sellers being more on the ball in regards to communications. £30 may not seem a lot of money to some people but for others it can be a lot, hence the reason some people get worried when something has not turned up when promised.

To the seller in this discussion, personally I would not spend the money until the item has been received by the buyer. Its only £30, leave it in your paypal account until everything is complete and then spend it. You need to sort this out as soon as possible, issue a refund asap. Also, the maintain any integrity you have left as a seller, post a picture of the damaged item.

It's easier to show them, cba with all the hassle, I'm my a scammer never scammed anyone in my life and don't intend to start now, I couldn't care what other users thing about me I just want the buyer to know that I did not try or intend to scam him!

Iamallywhan will get his full refund, even if i was to crop around my bank statement just to prove to people Im not a scammer and that i did post the ite, and hopefully doesn't effect me maybe selling in the future, like someone mentioned, scammers normally fuck off with there money and do not plee there case, i am happy just to crop and upload around the post office charge that comes up on my statement, but all these users jumping on the case that's it has nothing but jack shit to do with you this between me and Iamallywhan, not all the bored twats trying to find something to entertain them, while they got nothing else better to do than to jump on the bandwagon, But to make me look like a scammer when Im 100% far from a scammer!

just pisses me off that, most of the users on here are positive that Im a scammer and only a few people have stuck up for me!

and even a few of you even thought that i would damage my own goods, just so that it looked genuine! if i was lying wouldn't i just stick them back in the post to Iamallywhan and live happily ever after!

RANT OVER!!

The issue is you have taken someone's money and they have not received the goods.

Whether a scammer or not if the buyer has not received their goods then they should be fully refunded or if possible a replacement sent.

Unfortunately you have not done yourself any favours by failing to post up a photo of the receipt from the post office, I very much doubt any of the accusations of damaging them yourself would have cropped up if a photo of the receipt or a photo of the package returned to you damaged with royal mails stickers over it had been posted up.

I very much doubt you are a scammer but taking money from someone and failing to refund or replace is classed as scamming.

Hopefully this is resolved soon and both party's can be happy and continue using the forum.

Ps - agree with you that they are a bitch to wrap although I wouldn't hold out much hope for compensation from Royal Mail.

This should have been sorted out via PM between yourself and the buyer.
But your lack of response to the buyer (and to a pm sent by me) meant that the buyer had no choice other than to bring the matter into the public forum for all to see.

Also if you had refunded the buyer once item was back in your procession.
This thread would have been closed ages ago, and you wouldn't have lost your access to the for sale section.
