Anyone insure their iphone through barclays? Do you need to prove purchase with receipts?

i wouldn't know with Barclay's but usually some companies use the product number/ imei i think.

As above. Natwest and Halifax I know just ask for your imei.

I've just upgraded, and my old iphone 4 is ruined, cracked screen and power button wont work. Will I be able to insure both my new and old iphones and claim for my 2 year old phone?

No your limited to one phone I am anyway I have current acc plus with them with the insurances etc
I just had to ring up with serial/imei nos but wasnt asked for proof of purchase I suppose that could/would change come claim time....

If just screen and power button why not just get them fixed is there an excess on insurance know when wife used to work for mobile insurance company it was £50 there I paid £20 for power button fixed think woman who fixed it does screens for £35 if remember right wife's work used to send re-con phones out
