right guys alot of people that know me know i come up with insaine ideas and part of my new boot build has got a xbox and a tv designed into it however im not too sure how to power it i was thinking of putting a power inverter to a seperate battery and powering off that or wiring up 3 in parallel but not 2 sure

is there any electrical experts on here

im thinkin of doing 2 batteries and would i be able to wire them parallel or is it 2 risky

You best bet is to use an inverter DIRECT to battery not from cig lighter. As by using a second battery you need a split charge relay setup to trickle charge the second battery while being able to auto switch back to the first battery is needed as the first battery must take priority over the second. Plus you would need to make good earths and i mean good earths and High gauge wiring to handle the load which will need to be fused on both ends. easier said than done. So best sticking with an inverter.
