Im looking to go to Madrid for two nights when United play Real. Where can I get cheap flights?

Last minute flights are really cheap, but you take the risk. And being a major football game I don't think you'll find a "cheap" flight
Maybe catch a flight somewhere near and coach it to Madrid?

Flying to near Madrid and bus seems like a good idea. As for driving, I drive a 3 litre bmw so wouldnt be practical, cost wise.

As above use Skyscanner. Ryanair, Monarch and Thomson are usually cheaper.
