2 -3 hrs I reckon maybe less but they'll probably charge you 2 minimum

is it best for me to get the clutch,and let the garage fit it,would it be cheaper that way?dont mind paying about £150,get the clutch for about £70.

You can try that option but make sure the garage will fit other peoples parts as I brought some brakes the once and national tyres, kwik fit and a few others told me to piss off as they only fit parts they supply.
