so the sub -System: Passive / Diameter: 25 mm / Diameter: 10 Inch / Max. Performance: 1.200 watt / Shape: Round / Noise Level: 88 dB / Min Frequency: 30 Hz / Max Frequency: 1,500 Hz / Impedance: 1 x 4 Ohm
i dont really get what most of it means but i knwo it wont be amazing as it was cheap
i want more bass but how can i get it?

I have a 1300 watt sub with built in amp so I get a lot of bass, tbh, you are not going to get much bass with 150 watts

I know this sounds weird but it works, fill the sub box with something soft, like cotton wool or old shirts or something. Weird method but effective.

If I under stand correctly your using a 4 channel 150RMS amp running 2x 6x9's and a 1200w sub (I presume your bridging it between the two remaining channels).
That means your only powering the sub with 75RMS when it's after (roughly 1200w(peak)/ 4ish) = 300RMS.
Your best bet is to buy a mono 3/400RMS amp as currently your under powering the sub which severely decreases both their lives.

sell everything.
but a jbl gt5 sub if you're on a budget and something like a jbl 7001 amp, in a 3 cuft ported box tuned to around 35hz that'll do you.

+1 on filling the sub with wool and +1 on using dynamat. Use some filters and you'll get the best with what you have.

bass and wattage are 2 different things, is that 1300 watts bridged and running at 1-2 ohms maybe? Or 4-8? This for instance, at a mere 160 watts would make your sub sound tiny:

Just get a JBL sub (gt5's are very good value for the bass they produce) and couple it with a JBL amp that's around the same RMS wattage. MAX wattage you should ignore fully (usually the higher they claim the max wattage, the tackier the product!)
And you really can't go far wrong. I have a JBL GTO1214 sub that I've had for years - I've never felt the need to upgrade.
Caraudiosecurity.com do some good JBL sub/amp packages.
