keep seeing these crop up in for sale threads, and was wondering if they do actually give any gains.
so has anyone ever fitted them? what were your thoughts, were they worth the money and could you feel a difference.
in theory they should work but i just cant imagine they actually do anything in the real world.
cheers all.

ive got a set on my engine but ive not ran it in over a year lol
it had crank pulley but not alternator at first and i had issues with the voltage generated
ive got a matching set off kam on now
in theory its similar effect to a l&b flywheel with less rotational mass
i would think if you had a flywheel allready you may notice the difference but with the heavy flywheel still in i doubt youd see any real world results

theyll be fitted with a L&B flywheel anyway i just wanted to know if the gains in acceleration are really worth the £££s or can you spend it better elsewhere?

If buy one, but not at 100 quid. Been looking out for second hand one but they don't come up that often.

ive seen a couple in the last few weeks on here and 106oc but some are just the crank pulley.
there a good idea but i just think there so small and insignificant that you wouldnt see/feel any gains in acceleration, pick up or throttle response.
and like you say £100 for them seems a hell of alot.
hopefully someone on here has fitted them on there own and can shed some light for all of us haha
