Was a good shell mate but some bloke put what looked like iron bru in the rad so had to strip it and sell on the parts.

I got a feeling hardcore is going to be treating it to a full track set up but he is going for the twingo 1.3 lump in in just to be different. Bet you anything it ends up with b8's and a lower brace.

Iron Bru? :wacko: lol. Did it do much damage to the engine then? I'd love to see it all built up again. I bought it totally standard in 2007 with 52k on the clock for £2150.

Yeah mate was a non runner so drained the engine and what came out looked like iron bru was some crazy shit.

Engine was sold to Ross the mod on here I think he "turbo'd" after a rebuild in his shed. Also could be worth a pm about that. He's a nice bloke sure he would be willing to send some pics of the engine now. http://www.saxperience.com/forum/member.php?u=39461

yeah i blew that engine up - to be fair, I was only mucking about with a mate and we tried running it on a custom map. It managed about 9k rpm on the engine stand but threw a rod lol. Totally fucked.

hard_corejoboy has the shell - pretty sure he's doing some colin satchell/sandy brown trick suspension setup. totally changed now though - all panels replaced, seam welded, resprayed. You'd not know it was the same shell :)
