gold saxo but how do i match

i have a gold furio with vts wheels and i got them white atm and the badges are white aswell as everyone ive seen with gold saxos have black wheels so my question is i want to match my roof but would it look gash with a white roof with a sunroof or or do i just go black ?


or do i remove the sunroof blank it and get the roof wrapped in white carbon and match the wheels???

Try it out. Vinyl is cheap as chips so you can self wrap it see if you like it and if you do get it painted. If you don't the wrap comes off and you have the standard paint under it.

As Marcus (Bedford) says, wrap it yourself, see what it looks like. If you don't like it, peel it back off. No harm in trying :)

Should look ok, maybe do white with gold splatters.
Take a look at my 106 gti progress thread, i did 205 gti alloys in black with red splatters, Marcus even copied me and did his alloys the same :)

Na mine were black with red. like these. Was to cover a world of sins on the alloys. looks good though.

I think white and gold would go well.

I went to sikkens and made it up in their lab. Wasn't made for my wheels it was for a customers roll cage I just had some left over.

An have the cam covers matching how do you do the splatter effect ?

Paint them in your base coat colour so white. Then put the colour of the splatter in a pot and flick the paint on using your finger and a old toothbrush. When the splatters dry give it a few coats of a clear coat. That's it really.

really like the look of this, mite do my cyclones black with red. is it hard to get a good finish or literally just get paint on a brush a flick it? lol

You could leave the roof gold and do darker gold chequer and then it would still be gold and white without too much white :)

I'd blank it up or try and see if you can get one made up so its a panel and not glass like the mk2 golfs :) I'd defo go matt gold or maybe satin? Loads of people are going matt I prefer satin looks more professional lol

Measure the sunroof,or take the sunroof glass out then vinyl wrap the glass trim it.Then refit it,match the roof with the same wrap.:y:

im going to leave mine in and anthracite chequer it i like my sunroof lol

i mite take out the glass and paint it same as the car would look like a panel then but checker whole roof and the glass whats your views



and the c2 gt lump is the same as a vts but different head and had to relocate oil filter

Decided on just removing the sunroof surround and wrapping over roof with carbon wrap
