Its what happens with sex offences..

Some lass about 6 months ago was in the paper, fucked 2 lads at different times on the same night... Was embarrassed about it, so went to the police and cried rape..
In the end the police found out she was lying, she got 6 months in prison (out in 3), but the lads, just for been arrested for sex offences, would no long pass tests to get a job as say a teacher or something, all because she went making lies up to try and save her own reputation..

Red mist descends... you belt someone and start laying in to them, kicking etc. you could quite easily kill them...

know some 14/15 year old odd who tried this when she broke up with her boyfriend.
when she realized how much shit she and him could get into she tried to drop the claim by which time it was too late. police dropped it in the end though apparently...

And therein lies the problem. It shouldn't be dropped she should be charged and sent to hell for it to deter people from making fraudulent claims. If theres no punishment for doing it, then it'll encourage others as they think they can just change their mind and everything will be back to normal
