As of Sunday 13th the whole country will be under snow for 3 weeks according to this...
http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/uk-weather-snow-ice-and-subzero-1527009
What are your thoughts? Does it ruin any plans etc?
It doesn't affect me too much as work and shops are only a 5 min walk from my house - hopefully it stops my boss from getting to work though :A:

Been thick fog here for 2 days and freezing. Awaiting snow... Only thing i'll be gutted about is not being able to run/cycle if it's icy. But I guess that's when the gym will come in handy.
Didn't drive at all (unless I absolutely had to) last year, not worth the risk of damage. More from other drivers going to fast and crashing into you! Least I bought 2 new tyres last week...

I drive twisty country lanes every day to work and right now I'm in a high-powered RWD vehicle with budget tyres (last owner's fault, I haven't got round to fitting my PS2s yet).
It will be a miracle I don't crash/somebody crashes into me tbh...

I hope it stays away tbh! The roads I have to take to work, well one of them usually gets closed when it snows heavy and to go another route would be a treck and a half! Plus with me working nights I don't perticually want to be driving home at 5am in the snow while its dark! I do 70miles a day (35each way) and if I can't get to work, that means I won't get paid and I can't pay my bills.
So snow, please stay the fuck away! :A:

What would you guys do? Wash your can even though it's forecast rain and snow etc or wait for it all to stop before you give it a clean. Like the phrase has been used before on here, It's like taking a shower and have a shit after.

Yeah right, the tabloids pull the snowmageddon card every year. More like 3 days over here.
That said, the potholes reappeared everywhere and much much worse than ever before with all the rain. Some snow is not going to help at all, and I'm more worried about that.
