WTF is the mystery car??

My tutor said if he could have any new car now he'd have a particular honda but he couldn't remember what it was. He said It was like an american import of a type r civic he used to work on them at honda. About the same size maybe smaller, lower slightly wider, quick and was only released in america.
Does anybody know what he's on about?? :drink:
