Right guys, a question. I usually make curries from spices etc, but I like Thai jungle curry and cannot get everything I need locally. (I cannot go anywhere to get it as Glasgow is nearest city and is 130 miles away. So I found this (http://www.waitrose.com/shop/ProductView-10317-10001-140454-Thai+Taste+kaeng+pa+jungle+curry+paste) curry paste. I have never used curry pastes before, so asked on my facebook page and several friends all said mix it with coconut milk to use. However jungle curry has no coconut milk, that is the whole point. So the question guys, is has anyone used it and how? I have to mail order the paste too btw, or I would simply read the label

Not sure about that curry paste, but usually you just add a little oil and fry the paste up, then add other ingredients (aka the milk) etc

its good in some ways, pants in others. If you are into outdoors stuff as opposed to clubbing/shopping etc its great. Me.I like a bit of walking/shooting/fishing etc, and am too old for nightlife, so its cool in most ways

LOL, not really helping the original question. But jobs is difficult. Emergency is not great, but we have air ambulance, or sea king heli if weather is bad. As i said, there is some good, some bad. We have a few druggies here now, but its good as compared to inner cities. Same with likes of paedos and that, its still a s reasonable place to bring up kids here. And I save a fortune by not buying cars all the time. Property is reasonable to buy or rent. Wages are piss poor. The air is clean. No snow (as yet) Lovely beaches (http://i50.photobucket.com/albums/f350/abbythedog_photos/15082010069_zps36e6be7f.jpg)(and surfing if thats your thing, I can't swim). Its all about how you want to live. I just miss those damn Thai curries!!!!

Just vegetable or chicken stock will work. I prefer a red Thai curry myself though ;)
