Play in driveshaft

Got a little play in the drive shaft on the passenger side which i think is causing a knocking noise when drivin my car! Took car to garage an they say everything looks fine but on the other drive shaft there is no play and no noise! Do you think i should get a second oppinion or just take the guys word for it?:wacko:

Get a second opinion for sure. Driveshafts dont cost the earth to replace either. If a driveshaft decides to give in and break at high speeds itll cause a fair bit of damage so best to be on the safe side and take it easy.

the driveshaft was new after i bought the car and onli done around 200miles on it! My ol fella recons there could be a bit of play in either end it joins he explained about some sort of long teeth???
