Being fairly new to posting on this site here is my opinion,

I don't know wether it's the 106 lot or not but it does seem that a certain few people seem to try extremely hard to either 'get one up' on some one or disrupt a thread to the point that the original post becomes the minority subject or just simply post to boost there count.

This is a very small % of people and the rest of the forum is very good and helpful

They're trying to fit in with sincerity I think, but we are quite an "interesting" group of people, where the established guys who've been here a few years all kinda know each other, and the banter between them is understood. Sometimes if you come in and "try too hard" to fit in, it looks odd especially if we don't know you.

Someone has a sig with one of my quotes in for example (cant remember who). But the first time I saw it I was like "Who the fuck are you?". Would be fine for a guy I know, but a bit weird from someone registered 6 months with 300 posts or whatever it was. Weird!

its not the 106 forums i know but i found with cliosport.net people were rather quick to tell u exactly what u should do and got rather arsey when u said u liked soming else. for example my new clio has the stock alloys which i really like. but apparently others dont so according to the forum they were sh*t and should never be used. saxperience seem imo to be more understanding of the old each to their own idea. No one liked my giant saxo stickers on the side of the car but understood at the time that i liked them and its my car. imo i thnik people should just accept that people like diffrent things
