Hi, I've had my Citroen saxo for just over a year now and have had a few problems with it first problem i noticed after 6 months was a problem with the clutch and gears, every so often the gear stick would not let me select 1st gear or second gear and i solved this by pumping the clutch and after pumping the clutch for 6 or 7 times it would work....any ideas what this problem is would help a lot since the garage i took it too said it didn’t find any problems.

The second is the water leak, this has only just happened over Xmas and noticed a great big puddle on the drivers side underneath the driver seat first i thought it could be a leak in the window seal since there is a lot of water where the seat belt is or it could be some leak near the peddles.

I apologies for my English and any help would be appreciated.

Sounds more like a gearbox problem than clutch to be honest, does clutch slip/rev up on its own whilst driving normally?

And the leak could be from either the sunroof seal or the areal in roof, check interior light for signs of water inside it.

If it is sunroof it could be that theres some slight rust at the end of runners towards front of car, only way to check this would be to remove sunroof completely to get a better look.

I'd check the seal and area at the bottom of your windscreen too mate, I had a leak in the footwell and that was the problem!
