Sorry another two newbie questions

The Radiator on my vts seems to be leaking next to the radiator cap where there are 2 metal prongs sticking up its always wet and running down the expansion tank, not a lot of fluid but its worrying as it could lead to a bigger problem Is this a duffy rad or do the rad caps fail on these ?

Also ive just put some new battery's in my alarm fob however the alarm goes off all the time, is there a way to disconnect the alarm and just use it as remote central locking ?

I think to silence the alarm u turn the ignition to the first click and hold the green button near the hazard light switch for about 10 seconds.

Disconnect the alarm? The siren is located next to the battery, don't cut the wires to short incase you need to re-wire them. :)

Forgive my ignorance but would disconnecting the alarm just stop everything assuming its all wired up to work as a complete system ?

Even if its just the alarm i still have the problem where my lights are going to flash
