Would the abs light come on if the pads are badly worn or is this hinting at bigger problems?

Cheers

Just got off the fone with the mechanic my parents use for the business and he has told me not to buy it unless the guy sorts the abs problem.

Does anyone know roughly how much it would cost to fix this myself? I have loadsa spares from my last saxo so if its just a case of swapping things i could do this. How would i find out what the problem is though?

Agh this is stressin me out i rly need a car but i dont want to die in it :/

citroen can plug it in to the puter and it will tell them what the problem is and exactly which sensor it is if its a sensor.Otherwise its replace each sensor and see if the light goes out.

you can also use a multi meter to test each sensor.
if it reads 0 then thats the foobard 1.
