Never happened before, but noticed today when I press the brake pedal the brakes make a clunking sound? it seems worse when I'm facing down a incline but while going up a hill and pressing the brake it doesn't clunk?
Sounds like its from the front. Any ideas?

Engine mount, wishbone, loose caliper, balljoints.. List can go on.
You will have to look.

gave the calliper on the driver side a waggle and it moves ever ever so slightly, should it do this or does that mean the pads loose? Can't compare it to the other brake without taking the wheel off or I would.

could be wishbone ball joint or rear mount, had loose one on the mrs furio turned out to be rear mount was loose under the floor and the ball joint was worn.
fitted new wishbone for MOT and no more clunking.
