Bucket seat... what will i need?

Right okay, i want to fit a bucket seat into my drivers side on my VTR, ive looked at Sparco Sprint and thats the sorta style of seat i like, now im getting confused on the whole subframe/runner/sidemount milarki... basically i want to be able to adjust the seat forward and back like the standard seats but i also dont want to end up sitting really high or stupidly low, what would i need to buy basically to be able to bolt a drivers side bucket into my car without hassle? also what harnesses do people reccommend? 3 point will probably what i would go for.

there is a set of seats on the internet for sale with the runners harnesses etc for a giod price but the runners are for a 106, does that make any diff?

106 runners are the same as saxo ones so will fit straight in, if you want to be able to slide the seat forwards and backwards you will need runners as sidemounts are stuck in one place

Thanks for the replys, I'm after a bit of 'best of both worlds' as I'm not the tallest person in the world but also don't want to feel like im going to topple over!
