As above, i get a knock that i can feel through the clutch pedal and through my feet when i pull away slowly.
I get the same knock when i brake medium hard from around 5mph.
Changed front calipers recently to 266's, doesn't seem to be a loose carrier though. If thats any help.
Any ideas? Cheers guys.

Drive along at 30mph and stab the throttle it should bang in like 2nd gear, failing that get under it get a long bar against the body and gearbox and rock it. Should be little movement but not loads of corse.

One way of testing the mounts is to physically try moving the engine by hand,a bit of play is to be expected but it shouldn`t sway back & forth. Also look to see if the engine has dropped on one side.

Mounts seem okay from manually trying to rock the engine. Getting up on a 4 poster friday to have a good poke around.
