So...
i bought some wolfrace 15" wheels second hand, and they have spacers because theyre real wide!..
And my wheel bolts that i got with the wheels, only screw in so far because the spacer is so big, i took some pics of the bolts and the spacers, do you think there secure enough ? if not where can i get some longer bolts or how else can i secure my wheels ?
heres the pics :)..

no they are not safe, idealy you want them screwing in a bit further than that.
loads on ebay. just measure yours and find some on there for a saxo but longer than the ones youve got.
although that looks a rather long bolt to start with.
im guessing the wheels are ford fitment?
i would recomend some 20 or 25mm bolt on hubcentric wheel spacers rather than normal shims or the cheaper hubcentric spacers where you use longer bolts.
i have 20mm bolt on spacers on my bmw with no issues.
hope that helps.

I thought wolfrace was a generic fit all brand?
Oh and if that section of the bolt that's dirty is all that goes into the hub you need bigger bolts. I would want another few cm on that tbfh.

yes but obviously has off sets to fit ford hence the need for big spacers.
and you would want another few centimetres jesus how long do you want the bolts lol.
remember if they are two long they will go through and bind up and the wheels wont spin.
10mm longer than those bolts pictured would be fine in my opinion.

how many turns is that? you need min of 6 iirc.
However you can't add much more or they will catch on the hub as they poke out the back, the drive flanges arent that thick.

^ I've always heard a minimum of 10 complete turns, preferably 12. Expressed as a length to the bottom of the bolt seat, it's 10 (or 12) x the thread pitch (1.25mm in this case I think) + the width of the spacer + the depth of the wheel bolt hole.

the bolts i have in there are 45mm so 60 should be fine, there is plent of thread left in the hub so it wont bind. (I hope). we'll see tomorrow :)
