what is it you need to know? It's pretty simple - IE, rip it out. If you've got a full kit then you should have fittings to go to your master cylinder (2 port if your car has ABS as standard) - one line from the MS to the front bulkhead, T it, split to front wheels. Other line from MS through bulkhead, into cabin to bias valve wherever you want it, then onwards to rear bulkhead, T it, split to rear wheels. Sorted :)

how do i go about the removal of the ABS sensors? just remove them or do they need bi-passed to prevent dash lights etc?

Don't even need to remove them. Just cut the wires if you want.

Yeah but if your going down the route of removing the need for them you may aswell do the job properly and remove all the associated junk that goes with them, not only does that free up the room in the bay that the pump took up but it also reduces weight in the car.
The odd few grams here and there all add up particualy if you remove all the wiring it adds up to a few kg

Sorry to bump an old thread but if I removed all associated parts from the abs and put a 4 port 23mm master cylinder on, would that work ok?
Thanks

I've just binned mine off Deano, the ABS block weighs a ton!

You would also need to make up / source all new brake lines

That's no probs as I'm running them through the inside anyway.

Don't forget to plumb in a bias valve - if you're ditching the ABS in a Saxo, you're also ditching the EBD.
