You can pass your MOT with a cam and remap.

I have a VTR and I want to cam and remap it but its just a waste of money for a bit of extra power.

Your better of putting a VTS engine into your 1.4

Yes you are just changing the engine.

If you get a VTS engine I would suggest camming and remapping to get the best out of it.

Plus good luck insuring a conversion as most companies won`t touch it & those that will, will charge sky high premiums.

This, Ali123 is very skilled at solving this problem :)

You do have to keep sending him multiple pm's though as he doesn't like giving away his secrets, but will eventually give in if you nag him enough :y:

A standard furio is 75bhp so breathing mods are not going to give you any noticeable difference other than the placebo effect to justify the money you have wasted.

A VTS engine is the way forward as its the most cost effective modification.

Most people who own a Saxo do so because they can't afford a more expensive car so its likely they don't have a huge amount of money so usually puts the likes of a Turbo build out of the window.

Insuring a VTS conversion can end up costing more than just buying a standard VTS and insuring that though so I would do you research first before buying anything.

fit a 1.4 xsi unit or top end if you need to keep it 1.4, still 8 valves buts 100 bhp as standard if you use the loom and ecu from the donor but it'll need splicing. Usual Breathing mods should free up a bit more on top of that

Save your money, wait till you can get insured on a VTS, then mod that to fuck.
