easier to remove the injectors with the rail attached to be honest as they are held to it with clips
the injectors are held into the head only by the seals now, pull them being careful not to lose any o-ring or pintel caps

Each injector has a U shaped clip holding it in,then gently pull them off.

Not actually in the head though? Only securing it to the fuel rail.
Should be easy to get them out with the rail and loom removed

they should just pull out if the rail has been removed. Although removing the injectors and rail as one is easier.
VTS ones wont fit, VTR ones will be but its pointless if you are looking to gain anything other than a get you home fix
