1.1 engine mount different to vtr

i have a 1.1 indi and the engine is dead,i already had an engine to go in it is vtr engine that i have put on bike carbs,on small thing is stoppng me and thats the drivers side engine mount is different on my 1.1 to gti/rallye/vtr/vts.
how do i change the monts as i would like to use the propper oil filled mount.do i need to cut the section out of another car and wel it in to mine?

Is it the mount that bolts onto the engine that s wrong mate if so I got n on a VTR engine outside that I would sell u cheap

You can use the 1.1 mount. If you want to use the oil filled you new to cut a section from another chassis and have it welded in.

i thought as much that answers my question then,damn it il have to change the studs on the engine mout as the thred doesnt go far enough down to be able to grip the old bracket,hmm what to do.
