I have an adjustable one and have had it on since I bought the car 2 years ago. I have took it off to do some work to the engine and i've came to put it back on and wondered just how should the brace sit?
1) pulling the struts in
2) Pusing the struts out
3) just enough tension to stop the struts frm pulling in
4) just enough tension to top the struts from pushing out
5) no tension at all
6) take the front wheels off the ground and adjust the bar 1-5 then lower the car?
Thanks

Bolt it in, and "tighten" it outwards. So it's pushing the struts outwards. It's there to tighten everything up, keep tightening until you have good even pressure alone the bar, hope that helps.

So would you raise the front wheels off the ground so the wheels come in closer to each other then add the strut brace, make it tight and lower the car so there is even force on both struts?
