i thought that this was cheeky as fook but you might have a different opinion.... what do you think?

i was stuck in slow moving traffic this morning on the way to work, as usual i was following pritty much the same routine... listening to my loud music and having a fag minding my own buisness until i was rudely interupted by a voice through my window! sat up next to my car was this fat cun# on his suzuki bandit... so i turned down the music and asked wot he said? he replied

'you little fuckin# muppett, stop flickin youre fag ash out the window because its just gone in my eye!'

i told him to fook off and put his visor down and he sped off! left my fookin blood boilin!!!!!:rage:

dont think you were in the wrong. if it wasnt for him pushing through traffic on his bike and pulling up next to you it wouldn't have happened.

I think smoking at the wheel is not liked by the police nowadays? Not too sure :)

Guys blatently a knob. Dont let it bother you hes pretty much gauranteed to total that thing within a year.

And as far as the police go I didnt think that was illigal, yet anyway. Im sure they will find loads more stuff to pull drivers over for, like having a sunstrip which is obviously so dangerous, whilst illigal immigrants are flooding into the country with no bother. Gotta love the system.

yep ive heard of people being done for drinking and eating at the wheel! somebody smoking behind the wheel would probably be pulled for it if the old blob do what they usually do and pull the young entusiasts for any reason at all! lol

Clouds_mate
22nd August 2006, 11:54
they would be a reason.

They cant pull you without a reason.

someone also got taken to court for doing his hair in the mirror when driving, he got let off as he said he didnt need to use the mirror to do his hair

Kelly
22nd August 2006, 12:02

Clouds_mate

i just saw this on the web.... says that this is legal!?!?!?!

a male may urinate in public, so long as it is on the rear wheel of his motor vehicle, and his right hand is on the vehicle.

If someone flicked ash out of a car window in my eye I'd be pissed off. It annoys the piss out of me when people think they have the right to smoke anywhere and everywhere and to flick ash at whoever they feel like.

You were in the wrong. You should have said sorry and left it at that.

Also, loud music, traffic, window open? Maybe think about others a bit more yeah?

westy4a69
22nd August 2006, 12:22
i dont give a fook point is hes got a visor on his helmet... hes gunna end up with something in his eyes! non smoker then????

LittleDude101
22nd August 2006, 12:25
i would say your in the wrong but he should of had his visor down. If you flicked ash into another car i think you would be wrong

westy4a69
22nd August 2006, 12:28
but its not like i flicked it just anywhere on purpose.... mother nature took its wicked ways anyone driving with windows/visors can have anything blown into there car/helmet!!!!

true, its just common sense to have your visor down whilst on a bike.
Ive had ash flicked in my car whilst in traffic, pissed me right off but the bloke simply applogised and put his cig out. With cars you should be more considerate with that kind of thing.
Like loud music, i turn it down in traffic, not everyone wants to hear it plus it gives off the typical boy racer vibe.

westy4a69
22nd August 2006, 12:35
trust me it wouldnt of given off the boy racer vibe i was playing 'dont go breaking my heart' legendary song!!! i can understand that if ure in lane traffic but this was just simply single lane traffic and the bike came up from behind me!!!!!

Clouds_mate
22nd August 2006, 12:36
in all honesty does it really matter? is it worth a debate on a forum?

CampDavid
22nd August 2006, 12:36

Not that it has anything to do with me being a considerate person, I'm an ex-smoker.

If you accidently flick ash in someones eye, say sorry. Its simple.

westy4a69
22nd August 2006, 12:39
ok then.... fair kop.... if he had a bit less of the attitude mayb i wud of! bearing in mind it wouldnt of happened if he had his visor down any way!

CampDavid
22nd August 2006, 12:41
True, he probably didn't need to give you a load of attitude

Clouds_mate
22nd August 2006, 12:42
less attitude look what you put

rudely interupted by a voice through my window! sat up next to my car was this fat cun# on his suzuki bandit... so i turned down the music and asked wot he said? he replied

1 you wasnt rudely interupted....because you didnt hear what he said.
2.fat cunt.
3. do he get off the bike to be next to you?

westy4a69
22nd August 2006, 12:48
i wouldnt of even started this thread if i was so pissed off! i wasnt the one who inticed the situation... so yes NOW i have gt attitude... understand what im sayin? yes he did interupt me coz i heard him say something to me to just couldnt make out what he said! and no he didnt get off his bike to come next to me he stopped next to me on his bike as he was overtaking standing traffic!!!

CampDavid
22nd August 2006, 12:55
relax, don't worry about it. Its in the past. At least you sit in traffic, i do my best to pass it

westy4a69
22nd August 2006, 13:06

22nd August 2006, 16:05
well suppose if went in his eye but still hes a cheecky boy seein as he can boot of befor you exit ur car lol

Mark
22nd August 2006, 17:06
I have no idea how this was the bikers fault. He had some attitude maybe, but how would anyone else react.

It could have been so different...

"You got ash in my eye"
"What, me? I'm sorry I didn't realise, are you ok?"
"I suppose, just try to be more careful and consider others in future"
"oops, ok"

That's what visors are for! oh dear.

22nd August 2006, 18:08
i reckon the guy probably had a hangover or his bird wouldnt put out the night before. I dont think u did anything wrong.

Dan
22nd August 2006, 20:57
I dont know how anyone can get the blame for it, least of all the driver, but everyone's going to have different opinions about it.

However it could be perceived as the drivers fault as smoking while driving is illegal now.(so Ive heard)

Not a big deal really, as Mark said a simple appology wouldnt of done any harm. :)
