Most of the bags of sugar are actually bigger than the can of drink it's linked too lol
Also just think some people drink multiple cans of some of that stuff too.... imagine the amount of shit they're consuming!

You cant put the sugars in perspective like that. If you have one glass or fresh orange juice there is 50% sugars but they are fructose so all natural. Its how the body digests and processes it that matters.

If its from concentrate mate, you might aswell have a pepsi.
Even not from concentrate isnt hugely beneficial after 250 ml or so.
A lot of fruits goodness comes from the actual pulp.
They add a fuck load of sugar to from concentrate shit.

yeah its just a school project to represent the equivilents.. the sugar in the actual drinks will be more "concentrated" for want of a better word
but its still an eye opener.. you still are consuming that much sugar in one form or another
just goes to show.. im back at the gym now, and used to have a 2 cans of coke with my breakfast (which wasnt healthy anyway)
and by swapping to a protein shake and some oat like i used to.. with better eating throughout the day.. ive already lost about 3/4" off my waist in just 3 weeks lol :fcuk:
body must have been struggling like fuck to keep my weight down (and losing as ive put a fair bit timber on in last year or two lol)

I'd discuss this with your dentist. A good friend was like this, he was told at the age of 30 that if he continued to do so he would need false teeth at 40. The shit in the volumes of coke he drank we're effectively eating away at the enamel. He's a guy from a good family, cleans his teeth etc. but just liked drinking coke.
Dentists are fucking expensive..... So something to consider.

Teeth are fucking expensive to fix, hence me suggesting speak to one and get this checked.
I hammered sugar based drinks as an athlete (2/3 bottles of lucozade in a session) and having to currently start to pay for some damage done to my teeth it's worth rethinking things.

I've turned to diet coke if I have disaronno, other than that I've been on water for the last month, sugar free volvic touch of strawberry is good, my little girl also likes it so that's better than her having juice. I can drink 2litres or more in a day easily now, I feel better for it, never dehydrated or anything

So water is better for you than other drinks.....shocking.
They need to show a picture of rotting teeth to show what too much sugar can do as well.
I usually drink Tea (no sugar) at work or water from the machine.
At home, its maybe one pint of squash an evening and a 1l bottle of coke a week.

one of my cousins and his 2 bottles a day habit burnt his guts, his teeth are now badly rotten, tramp smile like. Good luck with the ten cans a day habit, you may feel all good about it because "you're not fat". Keep up with the diet and come back in 5 years, I doubt you'll be fine and dandy.
10 cans a day = eating a 2 pound bag of sugar every 10 days and rinse it with acid.
1 bag of crisps a day = drinking a 5L bottle of oil every 6 months.
No wonder I see dumb elephants everywhere.

L-carnitine, Ginseng, Caffiene and all the other things they put in energy drinks, Stimulants (both liquid and tablet form) and supplements. All the ingredients are legal. And Monster energys other brand of drinks are famous for being incredibly healthy :)
I can show you an ingredient list if you really want me too.
Also, everything is bad foryou if you have too much of it. Get over your shitty let me google that link. Also actually read the links that come up.... http://wiki.answers.com/Q/Is_Monster_Energy_Drink_bad_for_you

So sorry about the "shitty" link. Yours reads like it was written by some monster PR staff. Find out for yourself how aspartame breaks down in your body and you may have to reconsider that formaldehyde isn't actually that great for your health. Not that I care to be honest, but labelling it as "and it's 0% calorie, win" is ever so slightly optimistic.

At what point did i say it was good for you?
I think i just said it wasnt bad for you.......Or do we just not like to be told to shut up being a know it all :) I personally dont drink energy drinks as the amount of caffiene is too high for my own tolerances, of which every persons is different. And what one persons body can cope with, others cant. You surely know all this so i dont need to remind you about individual tolerances.
Im assuming you grow all your own food with chemical free products and somehow purify your own water???

nah that's allright, I have a fruit and veg store and a butchers. I do occasionally buy some bottled water and I do indeed have a tap filter as the water is a little hard around here. Makes for a better cuppa.

I think it's somewhere in London, but it must be an area with a street where literally everything that could happen on the road, happens, has a plethora of local shops that sell pretty much everything, from games consoles to fruit and veg and meat... Just sounds like a pretty ideal place to live to be honest.

At the end of the day it breaks down in your body as embalmers fluid,m and I have no idea why people would carry on drinking it after knowing that fact. Fuck knows what it does if you mix it with something else, or if you have a prescription etc. How the FDA covered it all up in the early eighties (see donald rumsfeld - bushes chum- pushed it all forward for $$$) also sums up nicely why it should not be allowed for public consumption. As bad if not worse than the beef racehorse burgers.
