Why not just sand them down and spray them properly? There's only one place for T-cut IMO...

tcut is poor really. but for doing the badges it is a simple way to do them.
i think my mate applied his to the rough side of a sponge(scouring side) and did it like that it only took him 5 minutes

lol, its an abrasive not a stripper.
A lot of people dont like it as they have decent paint. IF you have an old white transit thats like a chalk board with oxidisation, marks and scratches, mop it over with Tcut being careful not to cut to much off its brilliant stuff!! You then need to remove it with detergent, it takes a stupid amount of effort to buff off.
So many people have bought a bottle then approached their reasonably well polished, decent paint, hand applied some tcut badly to a panel then tried to buff it off then slated it saying its a load of shit, when really, they just dont know how to use the product, nor need to.

T cut is perfectly fine for badges. Takes 5minutes and costs next to fuck all and in the long run wont deteriorate.

Yeh TCut is decent for the badges but wouldn't use it on any good condition paintwork..

You need elbow grease I managed to do mine today it will take a good 10 mins of non stop rubbing. Rubbing compound helps too. You can try Halfords own compound if the T-cut is too light.
