for unsmoked back bacon, i'll second that but for candied streaky smoked, flavour gets a little too intense:boxing:i:boxing: my tongue:mobile:

Potato pan cakes really r the shits, haven't had them in so long let alone with bacon! What's bacon from these butchers have over normal bacon, say from asda(their own special range, not the basics compost streaks)
Smiith, do you play rugby? Hench mealright there. I think 7 rashers is a good number, before and/or after bed

Surely that many eggs a day will kill u! I'm all down for fried but they make me fart something bad :(
Gonna hav to try n source this! Bacon isn't so expensive so wouldn't mind making an effort, unlike wagyu beef. It's like a super beef but I'm not paying £30/kg for a cut. A good rump cut, medium is beautiful

My school used to cook it in the oven and i always thought it was really good! wasnt dry but wasnt really fatty either.
I dont really like my bacon crispy. Go in and out of phases or preferring smoked over unsmoked.

Well yes having that amount of fried eggs would be bad. But I scramble mine or have them as an omelette. I rarely have 4, usually 3. I have them for bodybuilding purposes. They are just fine. There's no concrete evidence to say that amount of eggs is bad for your cholesterol levels compared to what else you consume during the day.

I like mine grilled till the fat goes crispy can't stand the meat being crispy, then the bread dipped in the bacon fat.
At work we cook it in the oven and if I have some just out the oven its lovely but once it's been sat on the hot server a while its horrible.

A bacon sandwich would be the fucking great but they have shit cuts of bacon, crappy butter and the bread is shocking to say the least... 4 day old bread from Asda would still be better than the stuff they sell here, and to top it off brown sauce doesn't taste the same either.

Working away mate in Canada and I will go as far as saying everything in the supermarkets/local shops is a very poor quality. The cut of bacon is the "pork belly" or streaky bacon and that is basically fat with morsels of meat. It is HP brown sauce but its called steak sauce over here and tastes nothing like the real deal back home.

I'm all for the oinking on the roll. Don't
Take the fat off either tbh, just munch it on a roll with runny fried egg and square sausage. Don't know how you English lot can live without quality square sausage. I would cry lol

This is something I miss daily, I'd prefer square sausage and tattie scone > bacon roll/sandwich all day every day.

When I was in Florida their choice of sausage and bacon was awful! Patties or some shit. Thought I was in an episode of sponge bob! Even the bread in American supermarkets is shit.
