Anyone had short term insurance on a motor?

Just wondering what a rough price would be for 1 to a couple of days insurance.

I know obviously I could go online and get a quote but I don't want people ringing me up after getting a quote etc.

I've used it a few times when buying cars. Usually about 20 quid, the quotes are set up dead easy, you can even tax your car on some polices.
