Which 4-2-1 and how will you be wrapping it? Depending on how you do the primaries and collector(s) really dictates how much you'll use. Have a search on the forums mate - it's been covered a lot :)

Does it make a huge diff if my cold air feed sits behind the headlights ?

Define huge? All performance mods are compounded. One compliments the other (hopefully).

Noticeable for from what's existing? I got a sports cat sys with cold air fed from headlight so will reducing the temp from the manifold effect the air flow temp?

No. You'll probably not notice a thing at all tbh. Will keep the temperatures down generally, prolong the life of components like the alternator etc, and may assist a little with performance, but you certainly wont feel it on it's own. Will look "race car" though ;)

And make sure you seal it properly afterwards!!!
And wear gloves when fitting it!!!
The quality of the wrap also affects how much help it gives

No.
Watch mighty car mods video about cold air feeds. I think you'll find it very interesting.

I have seen , seems like it's only really worth it if the headlight is removed and the ram air is in effect

but the gain is like, 746 watts.
