As the title says..
I've been going to the gym a month now, doing a mix of cardio, and weights. The main place iv started to see real change, seems to be in my back.. My arms always had a bit of muscle with lifting at work, but I'm starting to see a lot more definition, but it seems the most changes iv seen is in my back!

I haven't touched the weights yet, plan of action starting April that is for me. As for my fitness I am currently running 5K in 22.30 and trying to get it below 20.00 but need fresh legs for it. Did a casual 10K run last night at a steady 11.5kph

Took me about 2 weeks before noticing anything, I'm a larger guy at 108 kg, 6ft 4" though, I've always had a good bit of muscle due to nature of the job I used to perform (although my strength deteriated once I no longer did it)
Scince starting again, 5 min run at 9kph, now can run solid for 20 min at that nice steady pace which aint bad for me, been told its noticeable off the face, although I think more of my waistline (where the belly seems to be bigger haha)

Well, I noticed by the fact i can do the same warm up in a faster time now.
My arms have taken about 2 months to start to get bigger though. My stomach is a little flatter though. But it did take 6-8 weeks.

Nope! I mean my bodyweight
I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease when I was younger and struggled to eat before they knew what it was. I weighed 35Kg's when I was 16! I now weigh 75Kg's and still bulking up :y:

Shoulders for most I see who weight train. As for weight loss, most people don't know what they're doing and don't lose anything, or at least very little.
I'm down to 212lbs, arms down to 17.25 and i'm struggling to keep my heart rate high enough to be in a fat burning range on low impact aerobics so definitely getting fitter. If I can get down to 200lb I'll look like a walking anatomy chart.

My shoulders and chest really took me by surprise after about 5 months of lifting. It's difficult to notice your own body changing IMO, but lots of people commented after a few months that I was looking well.

I agree that's its difficult to tell! Being a vein bastard a look in the mirror a lot and in doing that the more you look the less change you see! It's hard to see any real gain in such a short time (4 weeks). Smith take a photo of yourself now and the again in 6 months an the you will see a nice change which will give you influence to work harder

At first I just ate like a normal person again lol. I was eating so little that just breakfast, lunch and dinner helped me improve my weight.
I have been going to the gym and eating a lot more good food for the past 6 months or so as I want to get properly into shape now. Started bulking at about 60kg's and now upto 75Kg's.
My current diet is:
Breakfast:
5 eggs scrambled with 8 slices of ham and low fat cheese.
Bowl of porridge along with fish oil tab and multi-vitamin
Mid morning snack:
Greek yoghurt and blueberries
Lunch:
Can of tuna, sweet potatoe and vegetables
Afternoon snack:
Ham/peanut butter sandwich on brown bread
Dinner:
Usually rice, veg and some sort of meat. Whatever gets cooked for me. Luckily my family are on a health kick so usually good food.
Post-wrokout:
Whey protein shake with a scoop of creatine and some form of fast carbs (Usually wine gums)
Before bed:
Peanut butter on toast
I snack on almonds, peppers and the odd protein bar if I'm hungry in between meals.
Currently that diet is for bulking as clean as I can, although I have been eating more rubbish for snacks lately which I need to stop!
That's crazy. Have you got any pics of then and now?
To be honest with you I was super shy and ran at the first sign of a camera. When I was at 35kg's I was in hospital so no real pics till I was a bit healthier. Honestly just imagine a skeleton with green/white skin :/ There is a picture that my sister has which is a bit after I came out of hospital. I'll try and get it off her as its good motivation for me.
I took the below this morning. Carrying about 16% bf at the minute which is a bit high, but I am trying to bulk up at the minute. Quite a proud picture to be honest, you have no idea how hard its been to get here.

great transformation, given your cirumstances it makes it even more impressive.
Should encourage others who have circumstances much more in their favor to make a positive change :y:
I would honestly say your at about 12-13% at abs would be quite prominent at around 10% i'd say for yourself!

On a keto diet and exercise my face is the first place I notice it. Followed by my neck and upper shoulders and then legs. Stomach the last area and where I need it most :@
