Vibration when turning left only

Hi guys,

When I turn the steering wheel to the left, even slightly, there's vibration. Only when turning left though. Not sure if it's coincidence or not but my front right tyre loses pressure quicker than the left, could this be relevant to the issue?

I'm going to jack the car up shortly, is there anything I should be looking for?

Check for play, top to bottom left to right. If you got play in either it will be your track rod end or bottom ball joint.

Where is the vibration? WHole car or just though the steering wheel?
