See a lot of people recently going oooh i wanna race what series can i run what will i need or even recently seen people sign upbfor events only to realise their car is outside the regulations for one reason or another

So my question is whos car was built from day one with racing in a specific type of event in mind?

Ive allways tried to keep my car so with just a few safety additions (full cage external cut offs ect) it could drop into quite a few forms of racing but some people build it then go back to square one to get it elligable

Mine was bought nearly six years ago with the intention of becoming a group N2 rally car, to compete in hillclimb and tarmac rallys. Ended up beeing a stripped track car , but have built a proper rally roll cage the past month so might actually see some rallys but in the A6 category...

Ours is a custom built stage rally car and has been since day one. That said, it wasn't us that built it. We mostly do single venue stuff in it but it does get out on the odd bigger event. The last event it did before it came to us was over in Belgium somewhere which sounds pretty good. Long old trip though.

My 106 was built as and will always be a hillclimb car, originally built for the Scottish 1400-1800cc road car class but due to rule changes is now running in the 1400-2000cc modified class.
