Right i have a vtr w reg and have tried everything i i have been advised to try by some of you guys and the lambda sensor still won't budge. Head is nearly rounded aswell what's next best thing to do. I don't want to admit defeat and take it to a garage as i want to do this myself and be proud of it as im useless with motors. Please help thanks
You made a thread yesterday why make another, you clearly need to take it to a garage.
If you round it off you'll never get it off.

Get yourself an impact lambda socket and an impact wrench

Cut the bugger down and use a socket on it, providing its being changed

When they're that tight, the only thing to do is as above, chop it Down and use a socket with a oxy acet torch to heat it up, the 3 plug manis are terrible for that on saxos
